The paramount chief and the president of the Aflao Traditional Council, Torgbuiga Adzonugaga Amenya Fiti V, have today honored Mr. Felix Akonta Akakpo, also known as Torgbui Tenuvi II, a developmental chief in the Aflao Traditional Council.
According to Torgbuiga, the unwavering commitment and remarkable efforts of Torgbui Tenuvi II in promoting education within the entire Ketu South Municipality deserve honor and recognition.
“Your dedication to the advancement of education is not only admirable but visionary,” Torgbuiga stated.
Torgbuiga mentioned that education is the foundation upon which the life of every child is built. He said education is the only light that dispels ignorance, the tool that sharpens the mind, and the power that shapes character, discipline, and purpose.
“For the child, education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge but the cultivation of wisdom, confidence, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to society,” he explained.
“For the family, an educated child becomes a pillar of hope, a source of pride, and a bridge to a better future, and for the community, education is the engine of development, the pathway to progress, and the guarantee of sustainable growth and unity,” he continued.
Torgbuiga praised Mr. Akakpo for his tireless efforts in championing the noble cause of promoting education in the municipality. Torgbuiga stated that Mr. Akpakpo’s legacy will remain a lasting legacy for the generations unborn.
“May your vision continue to inspire, and may your leadership bring even greater transformation to our people,” Torgbuiga prayed.
He assured Torgbui Tenuvi of his full support and solidarity as they work together to uplift the municipality through education.
Torgbui Tenuvi II received the honor with deep humility and gratitude.
